We are absolutely thrilled to have you checking out our website and are honored that you are thinking about working with us! As the faces behind this brokerage, we wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves and give you a little insight into our story.

We are Gage and Kenzie Loflin, a married couple with a passion for helping our community buy and sell homes — right here in B/CS. We've lived in Bryan for 10 years and share our house with our two dogs, Sophie and Harley, and our cat, Scout. We can't imagine being anywhere else.

Meet Kenzie

Kenzie's love for real estate began years ago as a Sales Assistant for a custom home builder, seamlessly walking excited (and daunted) families through the entire process of buying a home. There, Kenzie's personality, tenacity, and unwavering dedication resulted in a quick promotion to a Sales Executive position where she oversaw the operation and sales of four different B/CS communities. Since then, Kenzie's passion for her clients has resulted in over 110 families finding their dream homes (and counting!). Kenzie is now making client’s dreams come true while building Key Moments alongside her husband, Gage.

Meet Gage, our Broker

Gage found an unexpected passion for real estate when he took over Leasing Operations at The Barracks Townhomes, the country’s largest student housing development, right here in College Station. Over the years, Gage grew in his role until achieving the honor of serving as the Director of Sales and Leasing. While leasing properties is fun, Gage found true enjoyment when he shifted over to sales, assisting his clients in selling over $3 Million in property in his first few months.  

As a team, we've experienced it ALL in real estate. And, unfortunately, a lot of that experience involved clients who had been burned by brokers and agents who just didn't understand their clients or the stress of the process. After countless nights wrestling with our frustrations about the state of real estate in our community, we decided that B/CS needed a brokerage with no ceiling on level of service… and Key Moments was born. The brokerage that helps you purchase or sell your home with respect, speed, and absolute clarity (and a dash of fun if you're up for it).
